How to Purchase

STEP materials can be ordered via several methods:

  • Order online - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards from US and Canadian customers. Your credit card information is never stored by our system and is processed via a secure encrypted payment gateway.
     
  • Shop online but create a printable order to be processed by your school or agency. Simply choose "Check or Purchase Order" as the payment type, and print a copy of the resulting invoice.
     
  • Download, print and fill-in the single-page order form from the list below. Mail to us at the address on our contact page.
     
  • Purchase Orders, printable orders, and other requests can be faxed to us at 800-720-1286 (our system detects the fax and gets it to the right person!) If you enter a purchase order via the website, please fax the supporting PO documentation to this fax number within 24 hours. Your order may be held without this information.
     
  • Call us at 800-720-1286 from 11am to 3pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday to speak with our customer service representatives. Note: If you leave a message during business hours, we will return your call within 24 hours. We have a small but dedicated staff. You can call 24/7 if you wish to leave an order, message or other inquiries.
